Hypnotherapy is a guided experience assisting a patient to interface directly with their unconscious mind.

Your therapist facilitates this exchange while you remain in-control at all times. As a patient you are responsible for setting your own goals or identifying desired outcomes for your session. Your goals, and the steps you’ve agreed need to happen in order for you to achieve them, are communicated to your unconscious mind through the use of imagery and metaphors, commonly called Anchors, which your therapist speaks to you during your therapy session.

You and your therapist will review your goals, your action plan, and your preferences for hypnotic suggestions in detail prior to your treatment; and your results of treatment are discussed at your next appointment in order to further refine your experience and achieve the best outcome possible.

Most patients find hypnotherapy deeply relaxing, easy to begin, and rapidly effective at creating change at the unconscious level.
